When you are testing something in QA, you are not only searching for errors. You are searching for confusions. For example, if there is a button labeled “Next,” and it performs the intended action, it might seem straightforward. But for a user, it could be confusing. What happens next? Will it publish my post? Or will it just create a draft? Could the button text be more helpful? For instance, changing it to “Publish” or “Create Draft” might reduce user confusion.
